Exceptional stay with delightful surprises
Waking up to a stunning view of the ocean was pure bliss. The staff treated us like family, and the breakfast spread was a memorable highlight, especially the fresh pastries!
However, we faced some hiccups with language barriers during check-in. It made our arrival a bit chaotic, and the room setup wasn't as expected, which led to some frustrating delays.

Family with children a real find
The staff were genuinely great, always looking out for us, helping with everything from the beach towels to organizing a surprise birthday cake for my kid. The breakfast spread was something else, they had everything from Vietnamese spring rolls to fresh tropical fruits with a live pianist playing in the background.
Sure, it wasn’t exactly a bargain, but you get what you pay for.

We enjoyed amazing breakfasts with live piano music. Plus, we explored the nearby amusement park and casino—such a fun time! Staff were super friendly and accommodating, and the pool area was perfect for relaxation.

It was a great fit for a fleeting stay in Phu Quoc with value for money. The food was excellent in terms of quantity and quality, especially during the shows with very good singers. For better relaxation, try to find a quieter spot early by the pool or beach area to avoid the crowds.
